Use Your Strengths

When recently surveyed by the Gallup organization, only 20 percent of employees in large organizations reported that they were able to use their strengths in their current jobs. Are you among the lucky 20 percent? Or, are you working at a job that you don’t enjoy and that doesn’t provide enough opportunties to use your natural talents and strengths?

Enjoyment theory tells us that we enjoy doing what come naturally to us. Makes sense, right? Because we enjoy doing something, we do it more often and increase our competence. So, we become quite proficient at what we enjoy doing and vice versa. It is a reinforcing loop.

A coach can help you discover your talents, strengths, and values. From that vantage point, you can consciously create a plan that will set you on the path to career success ad self-fulfillment.

What if you enjoy your work and you’re successful, but there is more you want to accomplish. You are ready to tackle that next challenge - get a promotion, hit that new sales target, launch a new product or service, or become a better leader. Working with a coah helps you maintain forward momentum as you strive for that next big thing.
