Kim Freedman, President and Chief Catalyst of Catalyst Leadership Coaching, LLC, uses customized training programs and one-on-one coaching to help organizations develop effective leaders and productive teams. Kim also offers personal development coaching to professionals who want to make more conscious choices and achieve their career and life goals through deliberate and inspired action.
Kim worked for more than two decades in the Information Technology industry, primarily in leadership roles at EDS, Sapient, and ACS. During a career that has spanned 30 years, Kim has worked as a registered nurse, business operations manager, project manager, human resources director, corporate trainer, and leadership coach. The common element in these seemingly unrelated roles is helping people achieve their goals – of health and wellness, of career advancement, and of personal success.
Kim received professional coach training through The Coaches Training Institute and she maintains professional certifications in project management (PMP) and human resources management (SPHR). She earned an undergraduate degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA degree with a concentration in Management and Organization Development from Georgia State University.
An active member of the Georgia Coach Association since 2006, Kim currently serves as the Secretary on the Board of Directors.
